I don't have a drinking problem. It depends on the definition of a problem. If drinking to excess is considered the problem, fine I have a problem. But I see a problem only when it becomes dysfunctional. Someone who has lost control or the ability to control. No one can even tell when I've been drinking. It doesn't affect other people. If a problem is just a statistic, then maybe I have a problem. I think a problem is defined by the effect.
