Series VII, Roll 4 (Pentax K2, Tri-X):

Roadtrip: Josephine and I had planned on driving across the country together, but we got into a fight right before we were supposed to leave. Not just a fight, we broke up. Bitterly, probably. I remember talking to my landlord/housemate about whether I should go anyway or not. It was pretty spontaneous when I decided to go. I remember leaving at night, so it must have been the night of the 16th that I left.

Frame 20 - First gas stop off I-5, I think. It must have been really early in the morning. And I must have stopped somewhere to sleep for a few hours during the night, or else I wouldn't have still been on I-5 at daybreak.

Frame 21 - I have no recollection of where these tracks were. Obviously off the freeway. Obviously a miserable foggy or overcast day.

Frame 26 - In Arizona, I saw signs for the Historic Route 66 and decided I was in no rush, so decided to take it. It was pretty desolate and abandoned. My kind of place.
